Shipping & Delivery Policy

How We Fulfill Orders

Every MCHL SHLD piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed. All orders are fulfilled from LA, California before being shipped to your door.

Because each item is produced on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once fulfilled, standard shipping within the United States takes an additional 2 to 5 business days.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or external factors are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $100: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Orders $100 and over: Free standard shipping (United States only).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is coming soon. Follow us at @mchlshld on Instagram and TikTok for announcements.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Limited Drops

MCHL SHLD releases products in limited drops. Restocks are not guaranteed. Once a drop sells out, it may not return.

Drop announcements go out through @mchlshld on Instagram and TikTok. Follow us so you never miss a release.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MCHL SHLD is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first.

If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at info@mchlshld.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MCHL SHLD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@mchlshld.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before fulfillment begins.
