Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something doesn't work out, here is how exchanges work.


Exchange Window

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of animal hair
  • No deodorant marks, stains, or any odors, including perfume, cologne, smoke, or detergent

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.


Exchanges

Every order is eligible for one exchange.

Exchanges may be for a different size or a different design.

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final except in cases of incorrect or defective items (see below).

Exchanges are not placed until the returned items are received and approved at our facility.


No Refunds

Because every piece is fulfilled on demand specifically for you, we are unable to offer cash refunds on change-of-mind orders.

If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order.


Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mchlshld.com with photos of the issue.

Approved cases receive a free replacement at no cost to you.


How to Start Your Exchange

Ship your return to:

We recommend using USPS for the best rates. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


After You Ship (Required Step)

Once your return is shipped, email us at info@mchlshld.com with the following:

  • Subject line: Exchange
  • Your return tracking number
  • The item(s) being returned
  • Your desired size or design for the exchange

Review & Processing

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect and review the items.

If approved: We will place your exchange order within 3 to 5 business days.

If denied: The items will be shipped back to you within 5 to 7 business days.
